PRICING & COMISSIONING INFORMATION

Overview

Below is an overview of current base pricing for bespoke instruments. These prices reflect the level of craftsmanship, voicing work, materials, and finishing techniques that go into every build. Each guitar is built one at a time, by hand, using master‑grade tonewoods, individually made shop‑made components, and a French‑polish finish.

Cases and humidity systems are optional add‑ons and not included in base prices.

What Goes Into Your Instrument

What Goes Into Your Instrument

Every instrument I build is designed, voiced, and finished as a one‑of‑a‑kind piece — crafted entirely by hand from raw wood to final setup. My goal is not just to make guitars, but to create responsive, musical works of art that feel alive in the player’s hands.

Key elements included in every build:

  • Master‑grade top woods (e.g. Bearclaw Sitka Spruce, Port Orford Cedar), selected and analyzed for acoustic properties.
  • Highly figured domestic hardwoods for back and sides — maple, walnut, and other sustainably sourced species.
  • Tap‑tuned plates, brace shaping, and acoustic voicing, informed by both ear and measurable sound behavior.
  • Shop‑made wooden binding and custom rosettes, designed for each build — geometric, radial, or motif‑based.
  • Hand‑carved necks, tailored to your ergonomic preferences, reinforced with carbon fiber rods and heel‑mounted truss rods.
  • French polish finish, applied using traditional techniques for maximum resonance and minimal weight.
  • Premium hardware, including Hipshot tuners and bone nut/saddle, pins.
  • Custom setup and action dialing at in‑person delivery to ensure the guitar plays exactly how you want it.

These choices reflect my commitment to delivering instruments with exceptional responsiveness, clarity, and longevity — heirloom‑level tools for musicians.

Pricing

Base Pricing (page under construction)

(Prices are for standard configurations and include all design, voicing, finish, and setup work. Cases, humidity accessories, and certain options are offered as add‑ons.)

Parlor

4,750

 Compact • Articulate • Intimate

Delivers a blend of clarity, focus, and surprising volume. Their smaller footprint makes them comfortable and portable.

  • Crisp articulation and quick attack
  • Ideal for fingerstyle, blues, folk, and songwriting
  • Naturally mid‑forward with an intimate, voice‑like quality

A perfect choice for players who want an articulate, responsive instrument that feels personal and immediate.  Also ideal as a travel guitar.

Orchestra Model (OM)

6,000

Balanced • Versatile • Modern Classic

The most universally capable body shape; offering exceptional balance, clarity, and dynamic control.

  • Even tonal spread across lows, mids, and highs
  • Sensitive enough for fingerstyle, yet strong enough for strumming
  • Comfortable to hold, with a focused yet open sound

If you want one guitar that can cover everything without compromise, the OM is the benchmark.

Grand Auditorium (GA)

6,250

 Dynamic • Comfortable • Contemporary All‑Rounder

Combines ergonomics with a wide tonal palette, offering more power than an OM but with better balance and comfort than a traditional dreadnought.

  • Strong projection and excellent clarity
  • Excels at both fingerstyle and rhythmic strumming
  • A comfortable waist makes it easy to play seated or standing

Think of the GA as the “Swiss‑army‑knife” of acoustic guitars — refined, powerful, and endlessly capable.

Dreadnought (DN)

6,750

Powerful • Traditional • Big Headroom

A classic for a reason. My fully voiced version preserves tradition while adding clarity, responsiveness, and tonal balance through voicing techniques.

  • Full, bold bass and exceptional volume
  • High headroom, perfect for heavy strumming or flatpicking
  • Clear mids and articulate highs — not muddy or boomy

A big, confident sound for players who need presence, punch, and authority.

Jumbo

7,250

The most powerful, stage‑worthy instrument — built for players who want depth, projection, and an enveloping tonal experience.

  • Huge low‑end response with piano‑like depth
  • Expansive volume and presence that fills a room
  • Surprisingly balanced across registers thanks to careful voicing

Despite its size, my voicing keeps the Jumbo articulate and expressive.

Ukulele

3,500

 Expressive • Lively • Hand‑Voiced

Finely crafted, built to the same standards as full‑sized instruments

  • Fast, immediate response with excellent note separation
  • A sweet, lyrical voice ideal for melodic playing or accompaniment
  • Lightweight and resonant,

A small instrument elevated to a professional, heirloom‑quality level.
